QCNet - Why am I receiving a "Page cannot be displayed" message when I click on a link within QCNET?
Browsers such as Internet Explorer can sometimes store old pages so you can easily access the site again. If a page has been updated since the last time you viewed it, your browser will display a page that no longer exists. You can easily fix this problem by clearing out your browser history. The following steps will guide you through the process.
1. On the Internet Explorer 6 Tools menu, click Internet Options. The Internet Options box should open to the General tab.
2. On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button. This will delete all the files that are currently stored in your cache.
3. Click OK, and then click OK again.
